The chefs behind Zero Mile are Jack Pellow and Jamie Simpson.

They trained together at Senara, named AA College Restaurant of the Year, before going on to become finalists for National Seafood Chef of the Year 2025 — placing 4th in the United Kingdom and winning multiple awards along the way such as Best Main Course (Regional), and Best Intermediate Course (National).

Meat & Butchers

Our meat comes from some of the best butchers in the country, working closely with farms across Cornwall. Whole animals, heritage breeds, absolute respect — provenance you can taste, wherever it’s served.

Snacks made from excess and offcuts — the bits worth saving. Playful, precise, and quietly radical. Food waste, rethought and eaten immediately.
